Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=18 years old, gender is not limited; (2) Elective general anesthesia surgery; (3)ASA grades I to III; (4) Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Expected hospital stay < 24h; (2) Patients expected to be admitted to ICU after surgery; (3) Patients expected to return to the ward with tracheal catheter after surgery; (4) People who are known to be allergic to the active ingredients or excipients of esketamine hydrochloride injection; (5) Patients with severe consciousness disorder or mental system diseases (schizophrenia, mania, bipolar disorder, insanity, etc.) and cognitive dysfunction; (6) A history of severe cardiovascular disease (congestive heart failure, severe angina attacks, or unstable angina or myocardial infarction within 6 months); (7) Pregnant or lactating patients; (8) Patients with any of the following contraindications in the use of esketamine injection: 1) Patients at serious risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure; 2) Patients with high intraocular pressure (glaucoma) or penetrating ocular trauma; 3) Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (arterial hypertension, resting systolic blood pressure greater than 180 mmHg, or resting diastolic blood pressure greater than 100mmHg); 4) Patients with untreated or undertreated hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism).
