Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18; 2.The patients were admitted to the Department of Neurology and the Sixth Critical Care Ward of Nanfang Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023; 3.Acute ischemic stroke was diagnosed; 4.Emergency endovascular treatment was performed;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Posterior circulation cerebral infarction; 2.Unsuccessful recanalization: modified thrombolysis in Cerebral Infarction (mTICI) score 1; 5.Missing essential data; 6.Patients who were deemed by the investigator to be ineligible for participation in the study;
