Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) elective surgery; 2) Age: >=18 years old; 3) ASA classification: level I - II; 4) Body mass index (BMI) 18-30 kg/m^2; 5) Estimated time of surgery >= 2.5 hours; 6) Radial artery puncture and central venous catheterization are required; 7) Preoperative PaO2 > 60 mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Emergency surgery; 2) Mechanical ventilation time within 2 weeks before surgery: >1 hour; 3) concomitant COPD requiring oxygen therapy or continuous positive pressure ventilation (CPAP), history of severe or uncontrolled bronchial asthma, or history of severe restrictive lung disease; 4) acute respiratory failure (including pneumonia, acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome); 5) Involvement in thoracic surgery or history of thoracic surgery; 6) hemodynamic instability or congestive heart failure (NYHA III-IV classification or GOLD III-IV) or sustained ventricular arrhythmia; 7) sepsis or septic shock; 8) Patients with moderate to severe hepatic and renal insufficiency or those requiring renal replacement therapy (CRRT); 9) progressive neuromuscular disease; 10) Those who are pregnant or planning to have children; 11) Is participating in other clinical intervention trials; 12) Those who refuse to participate in this study.
