Oxycodone group:Induction: intravenous injection of oxycodone 0.3 mg/kg
Skin closure: intravenous injection of oxycodone 0.1 mg/kg.
Sufentanil group:Induction: intravenous injection of sufentanil 0.3 µg/kg
Skin closure: intravenous injection of sufentanil 0.1 µg/kg.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 60 years, regardless of gender;2.ASA classification II-III;3.Body mass index (BMI) >= 30 kg/m²;4.Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic bariatric surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with severe cardiovascular diseases or liver/kidney dysfunction;2.Individuals with a history of open abdominal surgery;3.Individuals with a history of psychiatric disorders;4.Individuals with long-term opioid use;5.Individuals with chronic alcohol abuse;6.Individuals allergic to the study medication;7.Individuals unable to understand the rating scales or who refuse to participate;8.Individuals with severe obstructive sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome.
