Group P4:The epidural pump was programmed to pulse 4 mL per hour at a rate of 360 mL/h starting 1 hour after load dose administration, combined with epidural controlled analgesia (PCEA) at 5 mL/ time,
Group P5:The epidural pump was programmed to pulse 5 mL per hour at a rate of 360 mL/h starting 1 hour after load dose administration, combined with epidural controlled analgesia (PCEA) at 5 mL/ time,
Group P6:The epidural pump was programmed to pulse 6 mL per hour at a rate of 360 mL/h starting 1 hour after load dose administration, combined with epidural controlled analgesia (PCEA) at 5 mL/ time,

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Women who were scheduled to have cesarean section under combined epidural anesthesia and had a need for postoperative analgesia; 2.ASA grade I-III; 3.single birth,full-term pregnancy; 4.Caesarean section was performed at the lower part of uterus
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergies to the drugs used in the study; 2.Contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia; 3.Severe pregnancy complications; 4.Use sedative or analgesic drugs 2 hours before surgery
