Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with hypertension, type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cerebral infarction and requiring evaluation for arrhythmia in Shanghai Tongji Hospital from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Those who are clearly aware of the diagnosis and can communicate effectively; 4. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pacemaker implantation; 2. Patients with chest wall unsuitable for patch; 3. Patients with severe illness were not suitable to participate in the survey.
