Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of stroke. 2. 2. The presence of post-stroke cognitive impairment: MoCA-B score =18 for =6 years of education, =21 for =7 to 12 years of education, and =23 for >12 years of education; a temporal relationship between stroke and cognitive impairment, i.e., the diagnostic criteria for cognitive impairment are met within 6 months of the stroke event. 3. Age =18 years. 4. Informed consent to participate in the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-existing mental illness. 2.Patients or informants who are unable to co-operate in completing the survey.
