18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age >= 18 years old, male or female 2: The course of consciousness impairment >= 28 days 3: The revised Coma Recovery Scale score was diagnosed as VS/UWS and MCS 4: No severe liver and kidney function diseases or other diseases that may affect brain structure and function and other mental disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Still in the acute stage of brain injury 2: Unstable condition 3: Incomplete medical record 4: Other conditions that, in the opinion of the investigator, cannot participate in the clinical trial
