Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease between December 1, 2024 and December 1, 2026 at West China Hospital of Sichuan University with reference to the Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) guidelines as defined by the Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) guidelines; 2.Age 18-80 years old, gender is not limited; 3.Patients received ACEI/ARB, MRA or SGLT2i; 4.Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) is not less than 30 mL/min/1.73 m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Received glucocorticosteroids and other immunosuppressive agents (tacrolimus, mertitol, cyclosporine, cyclophosphamide, etc.) 2. Refusal to use reliable contraception during pregnancy and lactation or at the appropriate age for contraception 3. Renal transplantation or undergoing renal replacement therapy such as hemodialysis. 4. Abnormal liver function, cirrhosis 5. Malignant tumors 6. Other reasons that the investigator considers unsuitable for enrollment after assessment.
