Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It is planned to treat patients undergoing laparoscopic partial hepatectomy at Xiamen Hospital of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University. 2. Patients aged 18-75 years old. 3. The anesthesia method is a combination of general anesthesia and nerve block (transverse plane block+rectus sheath block). 4. Preoperative American Standards Association (ASA) classification of I-II. 5. Patients are only allowed to undergo laparoscopic liver segmentectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to make an accurate assessment of one's own pain; 2. Incomplete follow-up records; 3. Drug allergy occurs; 4. History of opioid abuse in the past; 5. Severe hemodynamic instability, severe underlying diseases, and other obstacles; 6. Cases of postoperative nausea and vomiting caused by reflux esophagitis. 7. The patient undergoes laparoscopic liver lobectomy or other non hepatic laparoscopic procedures.
