Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OABSS score >= 3 points, and urgency score >= 2 points; urination >= 8 times during the day, urination >= 2 times at night, each urine volume less than 200 ml; urge urinary incontinence; right-handed, age > 18 years old; OAB duration of at least 1 year, after behavioral therapy and anticholinergic drug treatment but symptoms have not been relieved (using drugs for more than 6 weeks); no anti-anxiety or antidepressant treatment within 2 months; no history of severe heart, brain, or kidney disease, no history of alcohol and drug abuse, no family history of mental illness; T2-weighted MRI did not show obvious brain anatomical abnormalities, cerebral infarction or other vascular damage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with urethral stenosis, urinary tract stones, urinary tract infection, urinary tract tumors or neurogenic bladder; women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, brain and hematopoietic system diseases, central nervous system infection, head injury, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, toxic metabolic diseases, Parkinson's disease or intracranial tumors; patients who have undergone pelvic surgery for pelvic organ prolapse or urinary incontinence; patients with a family history of genetic diseases, a history of schizophrenia or personality changes, a history of alcohol/drug dependence; patients who have taken related cognitive-improving drugs; patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, brain and hematopoietic system diseases, gynecological diseases such as vaginitis; patients with contraindications to MRI scanning (such as implanted electronic or metal devices).
