Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The three groups had primary school education and above, and were aged 41 to 75 1.1T2DM cognitive dysfunction group: (1) All patients diagnosed with T2DM by OGTT were in line with the diagnostic criteria for T2DM issued by the World Health Organization in 1999; (2) The course of T2DM was > 1 year; (3) Patients with MoCA 1 year; (3) The group with MoCA<=30 (26 points) was divided into T2DM non-cognitive dysfunction group; (4) Right-handed. 1.3 Normal control Group (1) 26 points <=MoCA<=30 points; (2) Right-handed. Note: For subjects with 12 years or less of schooling, an additional point will be added to their score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) heart function, lung function, liver function, kidney function and other insufficiency; (2) Severe hypoglycemic coma, ketosis, hyperosmosis, acidosis, infection and other acute complications; (3) Systemic diseases such as hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism; (4) Anxiety, depression and other neuropsychiatric diseases affecting cognitive function; (5) Cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, cerebral trauma, vascular dementia, other diseases or medical history that can damage the central nervous system; (6) Recent use of drugs that may affect cognitive function; (7) Drug and alcohol dependence; (8) Failure to complete the required test items due to intolerance and other reasons.
