Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary POAG aged 18 years and above; 2. Indications for surgery are: uncontrolled glaucoma (intraocular pressure > 21 mm Hg despite tolerable drug treatment), or use of at least two anti-glaucoma drugs, intraocular pressure <=21 mmHg, and intolerance to drug treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Angle-closure glaucoma, other types of glaucoma (such as pigmented glaucoma, inflammatory glaucoma or neovascular glaucoma, etc.), previous ocular trauma or surgery, lens subluxation or other shadows eye diseases such as anterior uveitis and vitreoretinal or neuro-ophthalmic problems; 2. Factors affecting the surgical field such as corneal cloud, corneal patch; 3. Corneal endothelial cell density is less than 800/mm; 4. Patients with functional monocular disease; 5. Severe heart and lung diseases and advanced cancer; 6. Have a history of mental illness; 7. Patients receiving anticoagulant therapy; 8. Pregnant or lactating women; 9. Renal dialysis patients; 10. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form or are unable to follow up.
