Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Understand and be willing to participate in this study; (2) Other cerebrovascular diseases were excluded by cranial CT or MRI, and the relevant diagnostic criteria for stroke were met in the Diagnostic Points of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019; (3) Patients with hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke whose course of disease is more than 14 days and whose condition is stable; (4) Age 18 to 90; (5) There was no history of paresthesia before stroke;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cognitive dysfunction and inability to communicate effectively with medical personnel; (2) Under 18 years of age or over 90 years of age; (3) Unable to understand the VAS rating scale; (4) Accompanied by non-stroke caused by somatosensory abnormalities: such as diabetic peripheral neuropathy, limb herpes zoster neuralgia, etc. (5) Severe cervical spondylosis, including severe cervical spinal stenosis and cervical instability; (6) There was a history of fracture of the affected limb; (7) There are primary or secondary epilepsy; (8) Patients with acute and chronic deep vein thrombosis or other vascular embolism or severe osteoporosis. (9) Cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction acute stage has not been stabilized; (10) Participants in or about to participate in clinical trials;
