18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) excluded contraindications for anesthesia and gastroscopy for patients with anesthesia gastroscopy, and excluded contraindications for patients with general gastroscopy; 2) Patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal dysfunction; 2) patients with adrenaline and lidocaine allergy; 3) patients with uncontrollable hemorrhagic diseases and recent oral anticoagulants; 4) patients with local tumor residual or distant tumor metastasis after standardized treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer; 5) patients with mental illness and consciousness disorder unable to cooperate with the examination; 6) do not agree to participate in the study;
