Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? ASA grade I-III; ? age = 60 years old; ? patients undergoing elective gastrointestinal endoscopy and treatment; ? Informed consent to participate in this project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Important organ dysfunction such as recent myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction, severe conduction block, malignant arrhythmia, important organ decompensation; ? Severe pulmonary infection or upper respiratory tract infection, status asthmaticus, severe apnea syndrome; ? the use of opioids before surgery; ?BMI>35kg/m^2; (5) alcohol or drug abuse, drug addiction and abuse; (6) a history of communication disorders (such as severe speech, hearing, and vision disorders).
