Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Infants aged 0-6 months were included, especially those with suspected DDH or risk factors for DDH. Those with DDH risk factors are those who meet any of the following criteria: A. Asymmetrical folds on the buttocks or inner thighs; B. The length of both lower limbs varies by more than 2 cm and the degree of activity is inconsistent; C. Limitation of abductive mobility of one hip joint (positive Ortolani test and/or Barlow test); D. Premature infants with lower than average weight (less than 37 weeks gestational age, birth weight less than 2500 grams); E. Sick women; F. hip-first presentation; G. macrosomia (birth weight 4000g or greater); Family history of H.DH; I. excessive maturation of the fetus (shrinkage of the uterine body and reduced fetal movement after 42 weeks of gestation); J. swaddling clothes for infants; K. oligohydramnios (amniotic fluid volume <300 ml); L. Other intrauterine factors that cause postural deformations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. Infant hip dysplasia caused by cerebral palsy, joint contracture, suppurative coxitis and other diseases; B. Patients with other hip diseases and limb malformations; C. Infants and family members who refuse to sign informed consent forms.
