Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Patients diagnosed with primary or secondary liver, bile duct, gallbladder, pancreas or periampullary malignant tumors by pathology or imaging examination, but cannot be treated by surgical resection due to tumor metastasis or poor systemic status b. The patient has obvious biliary obstruction manifestations (jaundice, abdominal distention, loss of appetite, etc.) c. Age > = 18 years d. First time to receive ERCP and placement of biliary uncovered metal stent, with or without ERBD.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Previous history of cholecystectomy b. Patients with gallbladder stones and bile duct stones c. Patients undergoing pancreatic duct stenting during surgery d. Patients who have already had PTCD e.Patients with preoperative diagnosis of acute cholangitis
