Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients had a clear diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation and were ineffective in conservative treatment for more than three months; 2. All patients underwent lumbar intervertebral laminectomy; 3. The patients' diagnostic cases and imaging data are complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lumbar spine trauma and surgery; 2. Combination of other spine-related diseases, such as lumbar spondylolisthesis, severe scoliosis, spinal tumors, vertebral body infections, and hip joint lesions; 3. People with serious mental illness.
