18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years. 2. cardiac function class I-II. 3. no vascular related diseases. 4. no serious liver, kidney or coagulation abnormalities. (Serious hepatic abnormalities: Child-Pugh score B or C.) Serious renal function abnormality: eGFR grade 3, 4 or 5; Severe coagulation abnormality: SIC score = 4)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal neck anatomy or internal jugular vein thrombosis. 2. Patients with neuropsychiatric abnormalities that make it difficult to cooperate. 3. Patients with ASA classification IV or V. 4. Patients with severe poorly controlled cardiovascular, hepatic or renal diseases, or endocrine diseases before surgery;
