Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Patients with sepsis, with or without acute kidney injury (AKI); 3.Admitted to the ICU for >= 48 hours. 4. The inclusion criteria of healthy volunteers were matched according to the age of the disease group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age < 18 years old; 2.Patients who refuse to participate in the experiment; 3.Patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney failure; 4.Patients who have undergone renal replacement therapy (RRT); 5.Patients with a history of kidney transplantation; 6.Pregnant women.
