18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Chronic stroke stage, the course of disease is greater than or equal to 6 months 2: Participants must be at least 18 years old 3: Brunnstrom Stage 3 4: Improved Ashworth scale score <=2 5: Stable physical condition, able to maintain unsupported sitting for at least 30 minutes 6: At least 5 degrees of active wrist extension and ankle dorsiflexion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbidities, including congestive heart failure, deep vein thrombosis, and malignant progressive hypertension 2: Lower limb fracture 3: Have a history of mental illness or take antipsychotic drugs
