Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study collected and analyzed the data of adult patients (over 18 years old) who received ECMO combined with CPR outside the hospital or during IHCA at the First Hospital of Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China. All adult patients who received ECMO treatment during CPR performed by the ECMO team of our hospital in Jiaxing area from January 2016 to May 2025 were included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pediatric patients under 18 years of age, patients who have already had ECMO before CPR, patients with V-V ECMO, patients who refuse resuscitation, and patients who receive ECMO in the operating room without CPR. In addition, cases referred to our ECMO center at external institutions lacking precise information on CPR and ECMO management time were excluded from our analysis.
