18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 75 years. (2) Diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and undergoing radiotherapy according to the diagnostic principles of the "2021 Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines" by the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology. (3) Initial diagnosis and first course of radiotherapy. (4) No distant metastases. (5) No oral mucosal damage or oral infections before radiotherapy. (6) Clear consciousness with normal abilities in hearing, speaking, reading, and writing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with other malignant tumors or serious diseases (such as mental disorders, blood system diseases, immune system diseases, or severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction). (2) Individuals with trismus or other conditions affecting oral mucosa observation. (3) Patients with low educational levels who cannot complete intelligent follow-up.
