Interventions

Dexmedetomidine Group:Intravenous saline 5min before the start of surgery
Dexmedetomidine + Buprenorphine group:Intravenous injection of 0.02 mg/kg buprenorphine 5min before the start of surgery
Dexmedetomidine + nalbuphine group:Intravenous 0.1mg/kg nalbuphine 5min before the start of surgery
Dexmedetomidine + Pentazocine group:Intravenous injection of 0.4mg/kg pentazocine 5min before the start of surgery

65 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent single vertebroplasty; 2.Age > 65 years; 3.ASA grade I-III; 4.BMI 18-28 kg/m2; 5.Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are unable to complete the scale assessment; 2.Combined history of mental illness, chronic pain, alcohol or drug abuse; 3.Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, and renal function obvious abnormalities (transaminases elevated 2 times or more); 4.Allergy to experimental drugs; 5.Preoperative PaO2<60 mmHg or SpO2<92%; 6.Participation in another drug clinical study within the past 30 days;
