Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age >=18 years; 2.Sign informed consent; 3.under invasive mechanical ventilation; 4.expectation of MV > 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy; 2.Bronchopleural fistula or bronchoesophageal fistula.
