Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Received treatment in our hospital within 48 hours of disease onset; 2. Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of traumatic brain injury or stroke; 3. Age ranging from 18 to 80 years; 4. Gave informed consent and participated in the research; 5. The clinical, imaging and laboratory indices are complete;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of craniocerebral surgery; 2. Previous history of mental disorders and cognitive dysfunction; 3. Automatic discharge; 4. Complicated with severe combined injuries;
