Control Group:1.8ug/kg sufentanil +10mg azasetron
Low dose group:0.4mg/kg estaketamine +1.5ug/kg sufentanil +10mg azasetron
Middle dose Group:0.7mg/kg estaketamine +1.5ug/kg sufentanil +10mg azasetron
High dose group:1.0mg/kg estaketamine +1.5ug/kg sufentanil +10mg azasetron

22 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) No serious obstetric complications;2) PCIA was voluntary;3) The first cesarean section was a transverse incision.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal dysfunction; 2) Those allergic to the drugs used in this study (lidocaine, ropivacaine, esketamine, sufentanil); 3) Those with mental illness or cognitive dysfunction who cannot cooperate with this study.
