18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA Grades I-II (2) Age range: 18-40 years old (3) Body mass index= 37 weeks (5) Singleton primiparous women with head position (6) Require epidural analgesia and dilation of the cervix <= 5cm (7) No contraindications for epidural anesthesia (8) No pregnancy related diseases, such as pregnancy hypertension, and pregnancy diabetes requiring medication (9) No infectious disease (such as hepatitis B and syphilis) (10) Fetal heart rate monitoring before delivery analgesia showed no abnormalities (fetal heart rate range 120-160bpm) (11) Initial body temperature is normal (36.0-37.0 ?)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Require the cervix to be greater than 5cm during delivery analgesia (2) Contraindications for spinal anesthesia (such as abnormal coagulation function and infection at the puncture site) (3) Individuals with difficulties in performing epidural procedures (such as scoliosis, ankylosing spondylitis) (4) Individuals who are allergic to the investigational drug, its shaping components, or other drugs used in this study are known (5) Those who use opioid drugs and other sedatives and analgesics within one week, those who use magnesium sulfate, and those who use antipyretic analgesics (6) Individuals with a history of drug abuse (7) Sleep apnea syndrome patients (8) Individuals with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction (9) Individuals with symptoms of infection (such as colds)
