Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Gender not limited; 2.Patients over 65 years old; 3.Plan to undergo lower limb orthopedic surgery; 4.Patients who sign informed consent forms and subject statements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients or their families refuse to participate in the experiment; 2.Preoperative delirium, history of brain trauma and brain surgery; 3.Combined with severe anemia and a history of abuse of psychotropic drugs or alcohol; 4.Unable to communicate and cooperate (coma, dementia, language impairment); 5.Patients with malignant tumors; 6.Poor compliance of patients or family members; 7.Change the original treatment plan.
