Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Myocardial infarction group: ECG examination of ST segment arch upward elevation confirmed myocardial infarction; 2.Myocardial infarction group: onset within 14 days, age greater than 18 years; 3.Myocardial infarction group: voluntary signed informed consent; 4.Aortic dissection group: Computed tomography confirmed the main arterial layer; 5.Aortic dissection group: onset within 14 days, age greater than 18 years; 6.Aortic dissection Group: Voluntarily sign informed consent; 7.Healthy subjects: Ages 18 to 65, gender neutral; 8.Healthy subjects group: subjects are clearly diagnosed as having no major diseases through regular physical examination, which is considered to be in good health; 9.Healthy subjects: sign informed consent; 10.Healthy subjects: no history of substance abuse or dependence; 11.Healthy subjects group: stable diet and rest habits;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Myocardial infarction group: connective tissue disease; 2.Myocardial infarction group: previous history of organ failure, previous history of severe cerebral infarction (with sequelae) and paraplegia; 3.Myocardial infarction group: chronic or acute infectious disease, autoimmune disease, or being treated with NSAIDS or steroids; 4.Myocardial infarction group: malignant tumor; 5.Myocardial infarction group: Patients refused to participate in the study; 6.Aortic dissection group: traumatic, iatrogenic or infectious aortic dissection; 7.Aortic dissection group: Previous history of aortic surgery, family or personal history of aortic aneurysm/dissection, aortic aneurysm; 8.Aortic dissection group: connective tissue disease; 9.Aortic dissection group: Previous history of organ failure, previous history of severe cerebral infarction (with sequelae), and paraplegia; 10.Aortic dissection group: chronic or acute infectious disease, autoimmune disease, or being treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or steroids; 11.Aortic dissection group: Malignant tumor; 12.Aortic dissection Group: Pregnancy; 13.Aortic dissection group: Patient declined to participate in the study; 14.Healthy subjects group: diabetes, cardiovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease and other chronic diseases; 15.Healthy subjects: did not take any drugs that may affect blood physiological indicators, such as antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, hormones, for two weeks; 16.Healthy subjects group: pregnant or lactating women; 17.Healthy subjects: Recently underwent surgery or major treatment; 18.Healthy subjects group: Blood disorders or clotting disorders; 19.Healthy subjects: Vaccination history in the last 4 weeks;
