Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: 18~65years 2: ASA class one to two
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2: Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3: Past history of mental illness, alcoholism and chronic pain; 4: Contraindication of esketamine; 5: Contraindication of remimazolam; 6: Recent use of antipsychotic medication; 7: Severe intracranial hypertension; 8: Refusal to sign informed consent.
