Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient samples: patients with malignant tumors; Patients between the ages of 18 and 65 years old, are conscious, have reading comprehension, and have no intellectual or psychiatric problems; Patients admitted to the department for treatment more than 24h; Exclude mild patients; Exclude ICU patients; The patient gave informed consent and voluntarily cooperated with the investigation. 2.Sample nursing team: nurses with professional qualification certificate and in service; Working life >=1 year; Volunteer to participate in this research activity; 3.Sample of head nurse/Group leader: nurses with professional qualification certificate and in service; Working experience as head nurse >=1 year; Volunteer to participate in this research activity;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient samples: the patient is not conscious; The patient has a serious intellectual disability or mental illness; Refused to participate in the study; People with communication disabilities; Those who died, were discharged or transferred to hospitals during the pre-study period; Patients had aggravation, serious adverse events, and poor compliance. 2.Sample nursing team: internship, training, training nurses; Head Nurse/Group leader; Absent from work, such as going on study or vacation. 3.Sample of head nurse/Group leader: absentee workers who go out for study or vacation.
