60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with gastrointestinal malignant tumor by surgery or tissue biopsy; (2) Men and women are not limited, the age is over 60 years old, ECOG <= 2 points; (3) Have indications for neoadjuvant, adjuvant and palliative chemotherapy, and are ready to receive cytotoxic drugs. Optional regimens include FOLFOX (fluorouracil, calcium folinate, oxaliplatin) or FOLFIRI (fluorouracil, calcium folinate, irinotecan) or monotherapy fluorouracil (including its derivatives) with or without molecular targeted drugs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) With contraindications for anti-tumor drug treatment (2) Current treatment with ß-blockers (3) Failure to perform 6MWT due to the limitation of movement or complications (4) Unstable angina or myocardial infarction during the previous month (5) systolic blood pressure>180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure>120 mmHg or heart rate>120 beats/min at rest (6) Inability to cooperate with 6MWT because of communication disorders or mental disease (7) Do not agree to sign the informed consent form.
