18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with T2 bladder cancer; 2. The pathological type is urothelial carcinoma; 3. Immunohistochemistry showed HER-2 overexpression (++/+++); 4. 18-75 years old; 5. Have been followed up regularly for at least one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; 2. Combined with other malignant tumors; 3. Combined with other anti-tumor treatments except for transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) and intraoperative intravesical instillation chemotherapy; 4. Combined with autoimmune diseases or long-term use of immunosuppressive drugs; 5. Combined with major organ dysfunction; 6. Combined with mental disorders; 7. Poor compliance.
