Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 0-3 years; 2) 30 children with food allergies who were confirmed by doctors to be treated in Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital; Healthy controls without food allergies and age-weight matching (30 patients); 3) Those with complete case information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Doctor's diagnosis excludes food allergies; 2) Known occurrence of current or prior diseases/conditions that may interfere with this study or its outcome parameters, such as hematologic disorders, immunodeficiencies, or major surgery; 3) is currently participating in other investigational or clinical trials; 4) The guardian has not signed the informed consent for the study.
