Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years old, gender not limited; (2) All patients who undergo knee revision or hip replacement surgery in our hospital due to PJI or aseptic loosening will be identified using the program code introduced in the 10th revision of the International Classification of Diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with periprosthetic fractures; (2) Patients with prosthetic dislocation; (3) Postoperative periprosthetic infection after multi joint replacement surgery; (4) Currently participating in other clinical trials; (5) Lack of relevant indicators such as biological markers; (6) Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for
