Inclusion criteria: Men with a screening age 18 to 90, the experimental group is in line with the "China Hypertension Guide (2023)", "China Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Guide (2020 Edition)", "China Highuriceline and Elotic Media(2019)","Grassroots Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2019)",Men who are in the diagnostic standards of a disease in those Guidelines, the clinical data is complete.Control group is not in line with the "China Hypertension Guide (2023)", "China Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Guide (2020 Edition)", "China Highuriceline and Elotic Media(2019)","Grassroots Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2019)",Men who are not in any diagnostic standards of a disease in those Guidelines,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under the non -drug intervention in the past three months, the person with the diagnosis of related diseases fluctuated at the critical value range.People who have been engaged in radioactive work or are suspected of being excessive radiation irradiation;People who have been in contact with chemicals such as benzene, toluene, pesticide and other chemicals.
