Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Informed consent, willing to participate in the study; 3 days(+/-48 hours) after transferred out from ICU to general wards; 2.Length of stay in ICU >=24 hours; 3.Age >=18 years old; 4.With no hearing or spoken impairments;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Ongoing acute phase of certain disease according to medical judgment; 2.Survival is expected to be no more than 3 months after being transferred out of ICU; 3.Unable or unwilling to cooperate for other reasons;
