Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. postoperative neurosurgical patients aged =18 years; 2. Linezolid regimen = 3 days; 3. linezolid dosing regimen: 0.6g, q12h, intravenous drip; 4. Gram-positive bacterial infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who were transferred to another hospital during the administration of the drug with incomplete data; 2. continued renal replacement therapy or hemodialysis or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation during linezolid treatment; 3. baseline platelet count < 75 x 10^9/L; 4. concomitant disseminated intravascular coagulation or other bleeding disorders; 5. concomitant use of antiplatelet agents or heparin; 6. severe hepatic impairment; 7 Incomplete or missing clinical and laboratory information for patients before and after linezolid treatment.
