18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with various etiologies intended for elective cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation (CPB); 2) Age 18-70 years old, gender is not limited; BMI range is 18.5-24 kg/m^2; 3) ASA classification of grade I-III; 4) Informed consent was obtained from the patient and the patient's family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe respiratory disease with significant respiratory impairment; 2) Patients with severe hepatic and renal failure; 3) Patients with diabetes; 4) Patients with severe mental illness who cannot cooperate; (5) Patients with preoperative combination of anemia, malignant tumors, immune system diseases, severe infections, severe coagulation disorders, large surface cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage patients; (6) Patients who have used hormone drugs in the last 1 month.
