18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals aged 18 to 80 who are able to take care of themselves;2.Meet the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis (2020 edition);3.The distance between the tumor location and the anal margin is less than or equal to 5 centimeters;4.Laparoscopic ISR surgery+small intestine prophylactic ostomy;5.Clear consciousness,correct understanding and answering of questions;6.Voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with previous anal and rectal diseases;2.Individuals with previous pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and defecation dysfunction;3.Patients with recurrent,metastatic,and worsening rectal cancer;4.Merge with other serious physical illnesses or cancer patients;5.Individuals with cognitive or communication impairments;6.Patients who experience anastomotic leakage after stoma surgery.
