Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children are healthy and without serious diseases; 2. agreed to sign informed consent; 3. child age 3-6, age = survey date-birth date, full age; 4. caregivers and children are the resident population of Shushan District of Hefei; 5. caregivers have the willingness and ability to participate in the questionnaire; 6. caregiver is the main caregivers responsible for the daily life of children; 7. did not participate in other related items during the survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with acute tonsillitis and / or acute pharyngitis; 2. Children with systemic systemic illness; 3. Children with mental illness; 4. long-term antibiotics.
