Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with lung cancer before surgery in our hospital and plan to undergo thoracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia. 2. Age 18-70 years old; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I.~III.; 4. The estimated operation time is > 1 hour
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute lung injury before surgery; 2. Inability to obtain informed consent; 3. Respiratory distress syndrome and respiratory failure within three months before surgery; 4. Preoperative failure of liver, kidney, heart and other organs; 5. Previous lung surgery; 6. Preoperative pulmonary function test for extremely severe obstructive or restrictive disease 7. Pregnancy status
