10 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Epilepsy diagnosed by physicians of the attending level or above according to the ILAE-2017 diagnostic criteria and confirmed by neurology specialists among the project team members. (2) Primary or secondary generalized tonic-clonic seizures (GTCS/sGTCS) occurred during long-term video EEG monitoring. (3) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) age >65 or <10 years; (2) the presence of other serious systemic or psychiatric disorders; (3) history of drug or alcohol abuse; (4) pregnancy and breastfeeding; (5) patients with epilepsy undergoing interventions such as surgery or neuromodulation or other exceptions to medication; (6) patients who could not tolerate or cooperate with the MRI or who did not cooperate with the follow-up; (7) patients with intracranial space-occupying or destructive lesions.
