Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged >= 14 years old; 2. Fresh fractures within 3 weeks; 3. There are three types of compound fractures in Letounel classification that require an anterior approach: T-shaped, anterior with posterior transverse, and double column fractures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with compound acetabular fracture with unstable acetabular posterior wall fracture; 2.Patients with malunited fractures of acetabulum and pelvis; 3.Individuals with a history of hip joint injury, surgery, or congenital malformations of the acetabulum or pelvis; 4.Lower limb dysfunction before injury; 5.Incomplete case data or lost follow-up; 6.pathological fracture; 7.Cases deemed unsuitable for single anterior approach completion;
