Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically diagnosed with HCC according to the National Health Commission's "Norms for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer" (2019 edition), or pathologically diagnosed with HCC through liver biopsy; 2.Liver function is classified as Chid-Pugh A or B grade; 3.The patient's physical status was scored 0-2 points according to The Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG, Table 1); 4.HCC did not have extrahepatic metastasis; 5.There were more than 2 HCC combinations in the liver, or single HCC nodules in the liver were too large to undergo surgery; 6.The patient did not receive TACE treatment in the early stage, and then received TACE treatment alone;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.People allergic to iodide oil and iodohexyl alcohol; 2.Patients with other liver diseases and heart, brain and kidney diseases; 3.Combined with HIV, HCV, HDV infection; 4.Patients with malignant tumors of other organs at the same time; 5.alcohol or drug abuse; 6.Lesion accounted for more than 75% of the total liver volume; 7.Patients with main portal vein cancer thrombus.
