Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Identify HIV infection. HIV infection diagnostic criteria refer to the "China AIDS Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2021 edition)" : meet the following 1 can diagnose HIV infection. A.positive antibody screening test and positive HIV supplement test (positive antibody supplement test or positive nucleic acid qualitative test or nucleic acid quantification greater than 5000 copies /mL); b. Have a history of epidemiology or AIDS-related clinical manifestations, two HIV nucleic acid tests are positive; C.iv isolation test was positive. 2.Age =18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women; 2.There are malignant tumors; 3.Patients with severe abnormal liver and kidney function; 4.Refuse to sign the informed consent; 5.Completely incapacitated persons and persons with severe mental problems.
