Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic apical periodontitis who persist after root canal treatment 2. Age 18-65 years 3. CBCT showed that the maximum diameter of periapical transmission shadow was <10mm, and the bone wall on the lip (buccal) side was intact and there was no defect 4. No systemic disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Teeth with severe periodontitis, root fracture, root bifurcation area, or perforation of the side wall of the root canal 2. The affected tooth is accompanied by tooth resorption of more than 1/3 of the apex or the crown is difficult to repair 3. Patients suffering from systemic diseases and unable to tolerate surgery 4. Patient non-compliance or in the opinion of the investigator that the patient is unable to complete the entire trial treatment 5. The patient is pregnant or lactating
