Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In clinical practice, due to local gastrointestinal diseases such as gastrointestinal bleeding and refractory diarrhea, patients are currently using SST (octreotide) preparations for injection treatment, and be dependent on SST, cannot withdraw after more than 2 weeks of injection. Family members and children are suffering from injection pain and voluntarily switch to oral administration for trial treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. children who stopping injection of SST preparations may lead to severe gastrointestinal bleeding; 2. Children who can withdraw medication within 2 weeks after injection of SST preparation; 3. Medication of SST preparations are for non digestive system diseases, such as chylothorax, chylothorax, pancreatitis, and severe hypoglycemia.
